Our division of Motion Ai is an authorized, full-service distributor for 80/20 T-slotted aluminum extrusion and components. We stock a large inventory of profiles and parts in our San Diego location, and offer a wide range of on-premise machining services. Our in-house panel shop utilizes a digitally-controlled CNC router that can locally cut almost any material for doors, panels, shields, guards, or enclosures. We also do custom designs using the latest 80/20 CAD software, automatically generating detailed build plans and bill-of-materials. Unlike most 80/20 distributors, Motion Ai is a full-service distributor that can create custom designs and build complete solutions all within the same facility—often saving money, time or both.

Based in San Diego, our division of Motion Ai has a long-tradition in the manufacturing, distribution and R&D markets as an aluminum t-slot expert - especially with 80/20 brand aluminum t-slot extrusions. We are a Tier 1 authorized distributor and custom manufacturer of 80/20 based framing products.

We are based in the city of Poway, in northern San Diego county and serves customers throughout the southwestern United States, Hawaii and beyond. We ship our products throughout the United States. We also offer complete local delivery and installation throughout San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles and Riverside Counties. We regularly do product demonstrations in Irvine, Anaheim, Los Angeles, Santa Ana, Long Beach, Orange, Torrance, Pasadena, Thousand Oaks, Santa Clarita, Valencia, Palmdale, Riverside, San Bernardino, Palm Springs, Ontario and Temecula. Our direct sales teams work with customers in Las Vegas, Reno, Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff, San Francisco, San Jose, Fresno, Sacramento, Oakland and other areas in Arizona, Nevada, Hawaii and California. We also serve Tijuana and Baja Mexico. Although located in the Southwest, we do service and support customers throughout the United States and Canada including Hawaii.
